Collector

The lightweight agent that watches your network. Every deployment needs at least one. The desktop app runs the collector natively (and preserves the real source IP of syslog and SNMP traps); the Docker image is best for Linux hosts and servers.

Real source IPs

On Linux, run the collector with --network host (or use the desktop app) so syslog and SNMP traps show the true sending device. Details: Getting the Real Source IP.
